Drupal 7 sends emails with out attachments
Some cursory googling reveals it's thorny at best. Try this class: https://github.com/gollyg/Attachment-Email (via: http://www.metachunk.com/blog/sending-e-mails-attachments-drupal-7) Or use SwiftMailer: http://swiftmailer.org I'm unsure if the latter will be part of Drupal 8, but it will at least be compatible.

Sending emails with Python from a list of attachments
Each time through the loop, you add an attachment to the existing message, then send the message. So, you're going to keep accumulating a bigger and bigger message and sending each intermediate step. It's not clear what you actually want to do, but obviously not this… If you want to send one message with all five attachments, just move the sending code (everything from server = smtplib.SMTP(host) to server.quit() outside the loop by unindenting it. If you want to send five messages, each with one attachment, most the message-creating code (everything from msg = MIMEMultipart() to msg.attach(body)) into the loop by indenting it and moving it down a couple lines. If you want something else, the answer will almost surely be similarly trivial, but nobody can tell you how to do it until y

java getDisposition returns null on emails with attachments
Look at the raw MIME text of the message and make sure the Content-Disposition header is set as you expect. Turn on JavaMail session debugging and examine the protocol trace in the debug output. Are you using IMAP to read the message? If so, the IMAP server parses the message and returns the "disposition" information in the IMAP protocol message. The IMAP server may not be parsing the message correctly or may not be returning the disposition information correctly.

Struggling with adding new Gmail EventReservation schema Tags to emails
How is your test failing? Are you expecting an inbox action button and not seeing it? Or are you expecting Google Now to generate a reminder card? The Event Registration schema does not give the recipient an action button in the inbox. It should however be used by Google Now to generate a reminder card which will remind the recipient of the date/time of the event. Google Now will remind the user on the day of the event. The user will receive a time to leave reminder (based on traffic etc). - Basic Event Reminder When using the RSVP Action schema it should cause an action button to be displayed in the inbox that shows a dialog for the recipient to respond with a yes/no/maybe in regard to if they will attend the event. In either case there are currently (at the time of this writ

How to receive emails from emails from other servers?
If the code is working for one of the domains but not the other two, I'd guess that the propagation hasn't completed yet (if you have indeed changed to MX records). Remember not all the TTL's have the same time, therefore you might need to wait a little longer for the other two domains to propagate. What I would first of all do is check exactly where those domains point to. try this tool to find out where the domain is currently pointing to: http://mxtoolbox.com/

How to add an attachment or attachments to an email in vb.net
I suppose that you call the loop to add the attachments before the code to send the email. If this is the case then you reinitialize the variable email again and you lose the previous attachments Public Shared email As New MailMessage() Dim smtp As SmtpClient = New SmtpClient smtp.Credentials = New Net.NetworkCredential(user, pass) smtp.Host = host smtp.Port = port smtp.EnableSsl = False ' THIS LINE REINITIALIZE THE EMAIL AND KILLS THE ATTACHMENTS ' email = New MailMessage() email. From = New MailAddress(user) email. To = txt_to.text email.CC = txt_cc.text email.BCC = txt_bcc.text email.Subject = txt_subject.Text email.Body = txt_message.Text However keeping a Shared variable for this kind of problem will be always a problem. Why don't you isolate this code in a sub and pass the list of

Add/view attachments using MS Access VBA
Your first problem comes from the fact that you didn't carefully read the code in the link you mention. The AddAttachment subroutine is defined as: AddAttachment(ByRef rstCurrent As DAO.Recordset, _ ByVal strFieldName As String, _ ByVal strFilePath As String) This means that it has 3 mandatory parameters: rstCurrent an open recordset for the table where you want to store your file. The file will be added to the recordset current record. strFiledNamethe name of the attachment field where the file will be saved. Your tblAttach table that you created in Access must have at least one Attachment field (and probably other fields as well for information related to the attachment so you can find it, like a document name, and ID, maybe the original path of the docum

Add attachments to Sent Items using imap function
This is likely to be an encoding problem. There are several parts you send as mail. For example: The Body Part: "Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" "Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit" ...   The Attachment Part (a jpeg image for example): "Content-Type: image/jpg; name="attachment_1.jpg" "Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64" "Content-disposition: attachment; file="attachment_1.jpg" chunk_split(base64_encode($file)) // PHP function to base64 encode the file ... There are lots of tutorials out there. Just Google them and pick the one that suits your experience level.   Furthermore I'd like to recommend you to start using something like SwiftMailer instead of PHP's native mail, as mails sent with mail() are placed into the spam folder with most popular mail provid

$Email->attachments() does not attach file
It seems that we are not able to ensure, that the PDF is properly created before attaching it to an email (maybe someon can give me a hand here). Due to the fact, that the created PDF is written to a database an ugly workaround is possible: After the PDF is written to database, we can take it out of the database, write a file using the CakeFileHandler and attach this to the email which works for me: // Workaround $this->Certificate->recursive = -1; $data = $this->Certificate->findById($cert_id); $pdf = base64_decode($data['Certificate']['certificate_pdf']); $path_to_certificate = APP . Attachments are missing in outlook 2010
Most likely your procedure encountered an error when trying to save the attachments to a non-existent folder, since the code doesn't bother checking if saving the attachment is successful or if the folder exists in the first place. However, the error was suppressed by the On Error Resume Next, so the code continued to deleting the attachments, even though they hadn't been saved. Unless you have a backup, the attachments are probably lost. NEVER use On Error Resume Next unless you know exactly what you're doing and have sensible error-handling code in place.

PhoneGap Android EmailComposer with No attachments
I have also faced same issue in my project. What ever i have seen, the problem lies with the path of the file. Attachments are shown when we go for the compose, but the receiver never gets the attached file. I changed my code to store the file on sdcard, then send that path to composer and it worked fine for me. So give it a try like "file:///sdcard/file.wav". This will work if you can get to store that file to this location.

If I open pgp attachments in Outlook the file extension changes
As far as I recall, when Symantec Encryption Desktop creates a PGP file, it is also zipping. This is how I used the Symantec Command Line API tool, as I would select multiple files for encryption and they would end up in a single file (like a zip). So, you would probably remove any Outlook quirks by just PGPing the txt file, without the zip step in the middle.

Heroku ephemeral storage, Sendgrid, and attachments
Heroku's /tmp directories are unique to each dyno. So your Web Dyno saves a file in its /tmp directory, then your worker looks in its /tmp directory and cannot find it. The best option is likely refactoring your code (that way you aren't clogging up your Web Dyno's resources creating and writing files to disk). However, if you really want to avoid it, you could store your files temporarily on S3 [tutorial] or some other external storage mechanism.
