Jquery mobile shop page missing: placeholder = "Password (required)"
Though I have not entirely understood your problem, I believe you would be having the id of the input tag readable from javascript. Making that assumption, what you can do is, on document ready, you can add an attribute placeholder to your input tag. In HTML: <input name="ctl00$bc$tbPassword" type="password" id="ctl00_bc_tbPassword" class="ui-input-text ui-body-c ui-corner-all ui-shadow-inset"> In JS: $(document).ready(function(){ $("#ctl00_bc_tbPassword").attr("placeholder", "Password(Required)"); }); DEMO

Add custom admin menu to woocommerce
Well, if you use something like this: add_action('admin_menu', 'register_my_custom_submenu_page'); function register_my_custom_submenu_page() { add_submenu_page( 'woocommerce', 'My Custom Submenu Page', 'My Custom Submenu Page', 'manage_options', 'my-custom-submenu-page', 'my_custom_submenu_page_callback' ); } function my_custom_submenu_page_callback() { echo '<h3>My Custom Submenu Page</h3>'; } Then you will see a submenu under "Woocommerce" admin menu. For some reason you can´t do same using post_type=shop_order. "shop_order" is the one you should use to put a submenu under "Woocommerce" one.. but, as i said, don´t know why didn´t work with that particual post_type. http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_submenu_page

woocommerce - custom field in order
If your good with PHP and MySQL, you can write your own filters and hooks for the wordpress backend. It's just like writing app's except everything will be pointed to the backend, woocommerce side. You can read more about the filters and hooks for Wordpress: http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API You can either write your own plugins or add your functions etc. to your theme's function.php files.

Customize Woocommerce Customer Account Page
If you copy the template files from the plugin directory to your theme (or child theme) directory, you can edit them to get what you want. The files in your theme directory will override the stock plugin template. So the original templates are in plugins/woocommerce/templates/myaccount Move the files you want to alter (probably just my-address.php, and/or my-account.php) to themes/my-theme/woocommerce/templates/myaccount/. (NB: that's what the docs say, although I've found that the directory ought to be themes/my-theme/woocommerce/myaccount/—although that could be from conflicting plugins I also have installed.) When you're editing the PHP file, the fields you're after are: $firstname = get_user_meta( $customer_id, 'billing_first_name', true ); $lastname = get_user_meta( $customer_i

Add custom taxonomies as class names to an archive page of custom post types, wordpress
wordpress has a clean way of outputting the class name for a post item - using post_class so in your case first set the div to <div id="post-<?php the_ID(); ?>" <?php post_class(); ?>>...</div> and to add the taxonomy name to the class you have to add a filter. So in your functions.php drop this in (change YOUR_TAXO_NAME to the name of your custom taxonomy): (taken from here) add_filter( 'post_class', 'custom_taxonomy_post_class', 10, 3 ); if( !function_exists( 'custom_taxonomy_post_class' ) ) { function custom_taxonomy_post_class( $classes, $class, $ID ) { $taxonomy = 'YOUR_TAXO_NAME'; $terms = get_the_terms( (int) $ID, $taxonomy ); if( !empty( $terms ) ) { foreach( (array) $terms as $order =

Magento shop language switch
As @RohitS said. Magento saves the storeview in the cookie, and with the url you can change the storeview temporary, but the value in the cookie is still the same. Good thing is, that the external add to card link is on a subdomain, so I was able to set the cookie for the hole domain (by adding a dot before the domain name: .domain.com). In the cookie I just had to set document.cookie = "store=myshop_view_fr;path=/;domain=.my-shop.com"; The path attribute was important for me, cause the shop is in /shop/.

I would use something like responsivegridsystem You would put all div items relating to each product within each grid box. User Function Shop System
Your query: SELECT * FROM feature_users WHERE `user_id` = '$logged' AND feature_id = '1'; is pretty simple. To make it as efficient as possible, you want a composite index on the table: create index feature_users_user_feature on feature_users(user_id, feature_id); Three additional comments. First, you don't need to return all the columns. If the query returns anything, the user has the feature. Second, id columns are typically integers (so the constant values should not be surrounded by single quotes for readability purposes). Third, If someone is inputting a user, they would typically be inputting a name. You might really mean: SELECT 1 FROM feature_users fu users u on fu.user_id = u.user_id WHERE `user_name` = '$logged' AND feature_id = 1;

Proper setup of custom theme for single page website + separate blog page
index.php should really be your blog template not your static home page. Make a copy of page.php to page-home.php (or whatever you've named your front page), then put the static content in there. You probably won't even need to assign the template to the page - WordPress will do that automatically based on the file name. By default, page.php is used for all static pages, index.php is used for whatever you've assigned as your blog page in the "Reading" section of the dashboard. index.php is also the template of last resort, which will be used if WordPress can't find any other appropriate template files.

Database normalization for shoes online shop
I think you did a good job with the database design. I would go with your last one. There is little chance that you will ever want to delete a color or size. You're not longer going to do business in size 18? A better option to deleting would be to set the color to be inactive. Add an active column so you can turn it off, but still keep inventory. I would also add description and/or images to specific shoes. I believe you can also choose to not cascade on delete if that's all you're concerned about.

Looking at implementing a user point shop system
There are few things missing that will make your life easier down the road, including: unique ids in each table (including 'feature_user'). a status and/or start/stop dates in the feature table, so you can stop offering a particular feature down the road. The nice thing about start/stop dates is that you can set them in advance (imagine a promotion that ends at midnight on new years - do you want to be awake??). redemption_date and redemption_points columns in the feature_user table. This is a poor man's accounting system, which you'll eventually want. Depending on how serious points are to your site, you might want to implement a real accounting system for them (credits/debits). Hope that helps.

Howto check if current visitor is shop's admin?
Currently there isn't. You could perhaps try inspecting cookies and stuff to see if there's some identifying information that would let you know if the user is an admin, but it would be fragile. This would also require rendering the items, but hiding them via CSS. Then you'd show them using JS after you've run your checks. As stated, this would probably be really fragile.

It's been a while since I used VM 1.1.x, but isn't there a Category menu item available in the menu manager?
