StyleConstants Text Background, Alignment Not Working Together
The issue is mixing paragraph and text attributes. There are two groups of attributes character attributes - font, font size, font color etc. and paragraph attributes like alignment, indents, line spacing, tab stops etc. Bot the groups are applied to different levels of hierarchy (Document structure levels). Character attributes are applied to leaves (text elements) but paragraph attributes are applied to parents of the leaves (paragraph elements). So StyledDocument has 2 methods setCharacterAttributes and setParagrapphAttributes to apply the attributes to proper level. Thus when you insert string attributes are applied to leaves so only character attributes has meaning.

Creates a nice effect. // with whats being typed. $('#filedset').on('keyup' , function(){ var activeObject = canvas.getActiveObject(); // We do a check to make sure there is an active canvas object, and see if it's text. if (activeObject && a

Fabric -f option not working
This is because it wants a file with the .py at the end. Change your temp file to use this file extension and it will work. It's an artifact most likely of fab's wanting to allow people to use python style directory classes like fabfile/__init__.py would be picked up with a -f fabfile Example of this behavior here: ╭─mgoose@Macintosh ~ ╰─$ fab -f tmp.py test [localhost] local: whoami mgoose Done. ╭─mgoose@Macintosh ~ ╰─$ mv tmp.py tmp.py.tmp ╭─mgoose@Macintosh ~ ╰─$ fab -f tmp.py.tmp test Fatal error: Couldn't find any fabfiles! Remember that -f can be used to specify fabfile path, and use -h for help. Aborting. ╭─mgoose@Macintosh ~ ╰─$ cat tmp.py.tmp

TToolButton Text Alignment
You can align text to the right of the image by setting the TBSTYLE_LIST style, according to the link above. In Delphi's TToolBar, you set this style by setting the TToolBar.List property to True. Aligns captions on the right and images on the left in tool buttons. When List is false, tool buttons (TToolButton) appear in the toolbar with their images (if any) centered and their captions (if visible) underneath. Setting List to true aligns captions to the right and images to the left.

AutoLayout + RTL + UILabel text alignment
I think you don't want to use text alignment in this case, for a label. You can just let the width be determined by intrinsicContentSize, and remove any width constraints on the label. You will achieve the desired effect of the label text aligned to the view. For x axis, you only need this constraint between label and imageview: [imageview]-[label] This is only a horizontal spacing constraint. No leading or trailing to superview.

Vertical alignment of text and a div inside another one
Hi SunSky I forked your fiddle and made this one, you can use transformation properties to rotate the text. This should work in webkit browsers, mozilla, opera and IE9. I didn't try it on earlier versions of IE but it should work at least in IE versions 7 and 8. The transform property works with the browsers mentioned except <=IE8 for IE 7,8 I put css property writing-mode:tb-lr; and text-orientation:sideways-lr; to get the desired effect in these older IE browsers. You will have to play with those values to get what you really want. With transformations it's easier since you only have to rotate it to the point you want it, if you want to center it or move it from the edges of the divCenter just use paddings, to center the box you use margin-left:auto; and margin-right:auto; for these

Responsive text alignment in Twitter's Bootstrap 2.x
To right align (left align will be default) you can use text-align:right on your span. To make this responsive use media queries to only apply it on big screens: @media (min-width:768px) { .text-right-responsive {text-align:right;} .text-left-responsive {text-align:left;} } html: <div class="container"> <div class="row"> <div class="span6 text-right-responsive">A (right-aligned)</div> <div class="span6 text-left-responsive">B (left-aligned)</div> </div> </div> See also: http://stackoverflow.com/a/14809431/1596547 since version 2.3 Twitter's Bootstrap also have text-* classes. So you could use: <div class="span6 text-right">A (right-aligned)</div>. Also this class is not responsive. text-right only adds text-align:rig

CKEditor text alignment toolbar buttons
First of all: check whether CKEDITOR.instances.yourInstance.plugins.justify is present. This is the first thing you got to know. If the plugin is loaded in your instance, then I'm sure that the problem is Advanced Content Filter. For some reason, your instance doesn't allow the content required by the justify plugin to run. In such case, the feature is out. You got to configure config.(extra)allowedContent for your instance to have it working. If you don't use config.indentClasses, most likely something like this would solve your problem: config.extraAllowedContent = 'p,div{text-align}';

Javascript Kinetic Text Animation alignment
Here's how to adjust the alignment in your sine wave animation This is what a sine wave looks like Notice it always generates a number from +1 to -1. Since your words follow the sine values... Your words are go offscreen when the sine is generating negative numbers. Your words come back onscreen when sine is generating positive numbers. amplitude: Is the “swing” in sine: Greater amplitude == greater movement (left-right or up-down) period: Is the regulator of speed. It is the denominator in frames per second (frames/period). Greater period == slower speed So...to keep your words swinging onscreen, just add Amplitude to your X/Y values. This adjusts the sine value to always be 0+. Here is a simplified version of your animation that moves in a sine wave that’s alwa

Vertical alignment of text and icon in bootstrap button
There is one rule that is set by font-awesome.css, which you need to override. You should set overrides in your CSS files rather than inline, but essentially, the icon-ok class is being set to vertical-align: baseline; by default and which I've corrected here: <button id="whatever" class="btn btn-large btn-primary" name="Continue" type="submit"> <span>Continue</span> <i class="icon-ok" style="font-size:30px; vertical-align: middle;"></i> </button> Example here: http://jsfiddle.net/fPXFY/4/ and the output of which is: I've downsized the font-size of the icon above in this instance to 30px, as it feels too big at 40px for the size of the button, but this is purely a personal viewpoint. You could increase the padding on the button to compensa

Alignment plugin in Sublime Text does not work with style.less (less file)
I haven't tested this yet, but I have a pretty strong hunch that it might help your case. Open sublime text, and go to Preferences>Browse Packages Look for the Alignment plugin folder and enter in it. Look at the files in there, you will see: Base File.sublime-settings CSS.sublime-settings Javascript.sublime-settings JSON.sublime-settings Try your hand at creating a LESS.sublime-settings file in there, copying the contents of another of the settings files, for example, the JSON.sublime-settings contains this: { "alignment_chars": ["=", ":"] } It seems to me, that to enable alignment to work as expected with other filetypes not designed as default with the plugin, one would have to add this settings file to the plugin in order for it to work out. I am not sure if the file
