How Can I Create A Simple PHP Mail Form For My Website?
In regards to: "How can I create a simple php mail form that will always work?" There are many PHP based forms that can be found on the Web, and you will find many by Googling "php form with validation", for example. Make sure that it includes proper validation and sanitization. Here is one example on tutsplus.com Also consult Sanitize filters on PHP.net and here also for examples. PHP(.net) has a function called mail() which you can read up on. Click here to see it. Ajax is another good method to use for email/forms. Here is one example. Google "ajax email form" and you will get many hits.

EDIT: If the entire string has to be matched, previous = [] for translation in iter(input, ""): if translation not in previous: previous.append (source) print("You know", len(previous), "unique translation(s)!") PHP login form issue with coding
Could it be that you are mixing your quote marks? Instead of $sql="SELECT * FROM $tbl_name WHERE username='$myusername' and password='$mypassword'" You might try $sql="SELECT * FROM $tbl_name WHERE username='".$myusername."' and password='".$mypassword."'";

A simple mail server in C++
POP3 is a protocol (read RFC 1939), so you have to implement it in order use it. After connecting, the other side won't send you anything until you send the greeting message ("+OK your message here"). After that, you must establish a POP "conversation" with the remote client. Also, POP is used for retrieving messages from a server, so a client will connect to your proccess and try to download messages. You have to implement the SMTP protocol (read RFC 5321) in order to receive messages sent to you. SMTP is also a protocol, so you must implement it if you want the other side to send you the data.

coding form data to email Excel file in ASP
Just about everything is possible, just not necessarily easy... You might consider using OpenXML for Office or some third-party tools (e.g. Aspose.Cells, which I use myself) to generate the Excel workbook, then attach it to an email. I use Aspose.Email to send mails, but there are free solutions to that too.

I'm not sure what exactly do you mean... But if you are wish to limit the number of records that are being pulled from the database all you need to do in the controller is to use the :limit option in find for example MyModel.find(:all, :limit => 10)

Assuming you're on UNIX system: email.setMsg("Paragraph 1 goes here. Paragraph 2 goes here."); To make the code platform agnostic you can lookup the linebreak using System.getProperty("line.separator"): String ENDL = System.getProperty("line.separator"); email.setMsg("Paragraph 1 goes here." + ENDL + "Paragraph 2 goes here."); If you use HTML email: email.setMsg("<p>Paragraph 1 goes here.</p><p>Paragraph 2 goes here.</p>");

E-mail app/filter that copies E-mail from the body of the letter and auto replies to that e-mail
I would suggest checking out Google Apps Script. You can create a script just like you would create any other Google Document in Drive by adding the Scripts module from the app store (Scripts is free and created by google). You can also use the gmail API to do the same thing. Both are very well documented and provide a surprisingly high level of access to your emails and their content.

Why I send a mail with PHP, but receiver get a mail with attachment named "mail.html"?
Did you use any headers? $headers = 'MIME-Version: 1.0' . " "; $headers .= 'Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1' . " "; // Mail it mail($to, $subject, $message, $headers); Don't use foxmail so no clue if it works...but if you didn't send headers it's worth a try.

Why are you using two forms instead of one form? Displaying a form on one line, using Ruby on Rails and Simple form
#FORM_ID input { display: inline-block; } just tried it with sign in form for Devise, Devise also uses simple_form and it works. Note! this won't work if your inputs are inside of another element. In this case you'll have to apply inline-block to that element. For exemple: html: <form id="login"> <div class="my-input"> <your input here> </div> </form> css: #FORM_ID .my-input { display: inline-block; }

From symfony2 form to a simple form users get incorrect password
you should create a salt first (using some random function) and use $user->setSalt($salt) in your controller ... ... or generate the salt inside the User's __construct() method. FOSUserBundle i.e. creates the salt in the constructor of the User object using: public function __construct() { $this->salt = base_convert(sha1(uniqid(mt_rand(), true)), 16, 36); // ... } reference here. Otherwise the encoder called at $this->_encodePassword($user) won't find the salt calling the user object's getter getSalt(). tip: In symfony2 you should never try to access GET parameters using $_GET ... ... use the Request object instead. Please read the Symfony2 and HTTP Fundamentals chapter of the book.

PHP mail form - only one variable not submitting
I think this is your problem: value="" The <textarea> tag does not have a value attribute, however different browsers have different ways of handling invalid code, so whatever browser you are using must be using the value found in this invalid attribute instead of what you type in the actual text box. Just do: <textarea name="message" id="message" rows="10" class="required"></textarea>

How to consume TDatasource Component by coding returned through delphi webservice in a delphi VLC Form
You cannot do that as the TADODataSet cannot be remoted as it would need the TADOConnection and such things like ConnectionString on the client as well as on the server. The way to remove data using Delphi us using DataSnap with a TSoapDataModule on the server side containing a TClientDataSet which gets populated from the TADODataSet using a TDataSetProvider, and a on the client side a TSoapConnection plus TClientDataSet on the client. DataSnap then will perform all the read/update traffic for you using SOAP (i.e. XML over HTTP). See the DataSnap videos from Pawel Glowacki to get an idea on how to set this up, then read the documentation at Creating multi tiered applications Index. Note that for DataSnap, you need to have the Delphi Enterprise as minimum edition, and this won't work wi

Outputting PHP mail form errors to same page
What I normally do is: Validate on client side If everything is ok check on server. I include server validation script before the form in generated on same page. Have a boolean flag start with may be true. If error is encountered change boolean flag to false. Now if boolean flag is true it will redirect to appropriate page or it will show the form again. If on success or or fail both will show the form, depending upon the boolean flag, I set the error div to not display with css property that can be later changed from javscript while doing validation. This is just a simple general idea.

It seems to me that you are creating a new MailAddress object with value "emailAddress" with this line : msg.[To].Add(New MailAddress("emailAddress")) "emailAddress" is indeed not a valid email address. php mail form w/upload option not working correctly
Your HTML form has checkboxes with the name "CheckboxGroup1", but it is not referenced at all in your PHP script. Also, your PHP script is looking for the form element with the name "servicetype", which is not present in your HTML form. You might have a name mismatch. As for your file, you should check which part of your validation fails by seeing how far it gets into the "if" statements. Edit Looking at your code some more, you have several different problems acting in unison. The "name" of your checkboxes are mismatched to your PHP script. Change the names of your checkboxes to "servicetype" in your HTML. If you really intend on using checkboxes instead of radio buttons, either you need to assign different names to each checkbox or you need to pass them to your script as an array. T

php website mail form not getting to exchange server recipient -
Most hosted Exchange providers include filters that will check for SPF records—or MX records at a minimum—for the domain with which the sender address is associated. Since there is most likely neither an SPF nor a MX record for www.[your-domain].com (because of the "www."), the hosted Exchange provider's SPAM blocker is marking the message as SPAM because it cannot verify that the IP address from which the message is coming is actually, legitimately associated with www.[your-domain].com—or, alternately (and perhaps more likely), that www.[your-domain].com has no MX or SPF records associated with it and thus the server assumes the message must be junk (because why would a domain name not configured for email be sending email?). [your-domain].com might have those records, but that do

PHP mail form won't send with spaces in email field
Why not just strip out the spaces from the $_POST variable on Page 2? Change this $email = $_POST['element_1_email']; to this $email = str_replace(' ','',$_POST['element_1_email']); ----------- UPDATE ----------- Your message is failing because of this code in your $headers variable: $headers = 'From: '.$email." ".'Reply-To: '. $email." " . You are using $email here which did not go through your clean_string function (where you could also remove the spaces by adding a space to the $bad array), so essentially you are trying to send the email to whatever was received in $_POST['element_1_email'] without any sort of clean up or email validation.

The HTML interpreter in the mail program is looking at the input elements and seeing the value attribute followed by a single unquoted word. Then it sees a bunch of other attributes without values. Quote the value properly in the first place. And sanitize too; you don't want your clients being hacked because of an email that was sent from your system.

Appending and substracting divs filled with data from one simple form to a form that contains all the divs grouped and ready to POST
So you want to have the order items listed in the second form like a pre-checkout shopping cart. If you use divs for that, they will not be submitted with the POST data to the server - they will be display-only. So you need to follow Robert's advice and save the 1st form's data to the DB each time an item is added/removed (in addition to his other reasons like not losing a customer's session info). That way the DB will already be up-to-date when they click Confirm Order. Or else you need to hook the Confirm Order button to a JS function that converts the divs back to JSON and posts that to the server to be stored in the DB. As far as creating the display-only div from the 1st form's data, your send_item_data function needs to loop over all the form's inputs, get their values, and add

PHP Contact Form not sending (long loading time then reports to have sent but no mail)
Maybe this will solve your problem: Install SMTP server locally or use an external one. Configure your php.ini properly to use this SMTP server. postfix, qmail, sendmail are examples of SMTP servers. I think qmail is the most lightweight one. swiftmailer is just a PHP library for mailing to make programming job easier not a server. swiftmailer is written in PHP, but an SMTP sever works on the socket layer and as far as I know they are written with languages like c or c++.
