How to execute an external command in Vim script?
You can use the :! vim command. For example, to echo 'Hello, World!' from inside vim (and therefore from within a vim script, also), type :! echo 'Hello, World!' in vim. Or, in a vim script, you can put just ! echo 'Hello, World!' The reason you need the before the ! is because vim performs special handling of ! characters in the argument of a ! command. If you were running a command that does not include any ! character, then you do not need to escape it. If you want to read more in depth about this, you can type :help :! in vim, as @FDinoff said.

Execute an external program in php and return output file download link
You will want to use shell_exec() function in PHP (http://php.net/manual/en/function.shell-exec.php) to run your exe file. Pass in the parameters in the command line such as: <?php $outputOfExecutable = shell_exec("C:\path\to\cmd.exe /c C:\batchfile.cmd"); ?> Whatever your executable returns at the end of it's execution is returned to your PHP script. This means that your executable should return the path of the file it generated so you can actually read it with PHP or it could return the file content and you write it to disk, it's as you wish.

Prevent external program from writing into a file, without error appearing in the external program
Quick search in google: http://www.softperfect.com/products/ramdisk/ RAM Disk for Windows XP, 2003, 2008, Vista, 7 and 8. I have nothing to do with this project. This is not an AD. I remember during DOS times RAM drives were popular. It seems that they have not died out completely. You might try to use one of them.

apktool command in shell script does not execute from Java program
Well, in my experience, I would say that Java is not very fond of being ran by means of script. I did a quick google search. Try the ProcessBuilder, it looks perfect for this situation, in my opinion. I hope this helps you! :)
