This means your key hashes are incorrectly set in your app settings. Please see this section on getting your key hashes and setting them correctly: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/android/getting-started/facebook-sdk-for-android/#create-app

How to make click on a hyperlink after login facebook?
Hopefully this will indirectly answer your question There is a firefox plugin that I've used to do the same functionality. I ended up writing a script to autopoke so that you can when poke wars. I'm not sure if you objective is to program it yourself, or just to achieve the functionality. http://www.iopus.com/imacros/firefox/ http://wiki.imacros.net/Sample_Code My suggestion would be to see how imacros does it, and pull it up in firebug. Also look through their sample code, to see how they achieved the same effect.

In your facebook's dev account check that your app is set to sandbox mode, so only developer accounts could get access token from app's ID, once you disable sandbox mode, your app will go live and you can log in with any facebook id.

Get facebook login popup every time user try to Login using facebook from my website
If you want to login the user everytime he visits the app, you should implement FB.logout, when you get the status as connected on getLoginStatus() when the app starts. So the session when be destroyed and then you can call FB.login again. Just like- // app starts here FB.getLoginStatus() { if(status == "connected") // call FB.logout() // call FB.login() else // call FB.login() }

You can use this to get you key PackageInfo info = getPackageManager().getPackageInfo( "Your Pakage name", PackageManager.GET_SIGNATURES); for (Signature signature : info.signatures) { MessageDigest md = MessageDigest.getInstance("SHA"); md.update(signature.toByteArray()); Log.d("KeyHash:", Base64.encodeToString(md.digest(), Base64.DEFAULT)); } the key will be displayed in the log. Another thing (Based on your comment) is that you should try an SVN so that your team can work on the same project without any conflicts

Facebook API: cannot login on Android
I've solved the issue. The reason was that our app was registered in Facebook in Sandbox mode, and only certain users could log in with Facebook. When I logged in under one of these accounts, it worked.

Facebook login in android
Despite being still listed on their dev site, the Facebook object and it's associated methods have been deprecated in version 3.0 I would suggest using their Scrumptious tutorial using Fragments for the 'official' way to authenticate: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/tutorials/androidsdk/3.0/scrumptious/authenticate/

Login Approach with Android Facebook 3.0 SDK
Every approach works well. The new thing is SDK 3.0 is session management. You just have to manage session state. Apart from your code I will state 3 more and then I'll tell you when to use them. 1. Using Session object after getting active session. Session session = Session.getActiveSession(); if(session ==null) session= new Session(getApplicationContext) // Also use session builder if (!session.isOpened() && !session.isClosed()) { session.openForRead(new Session.OpenRequest(this) .setPermissions(Arrays.asList("basic_info")) .setCallback(statusCallback)); } else { Session.openActiveSession(getActivity(), this, true, statusCallback); } private class SessionStatusCallback implements Session.StatusCallback { @Override public void call(Session session,

Android Facebook login using a library
This can be done, and is already handled in a few different existing libraries. I know there are many, but one that I know that already implements this in AndroidQuery. At a minumum, you can look at how they did their implementation to get a better idea of what is possible. I am sure there are other libraries that do the same thing, this is the one I know about for sure: http://code.google.com/p/android-query/ (check the documentation for the 'Authentication' section)

Android facebook login set permissions
Are you talking about email + location on Facebook or email and location on your Android tablet. If you're talking about FB permissions you pretty much have to use the FB SDK, and request the permissions see this list of FB permissions. FB doesn't like developers to roll their own interfaces, and will block you if you app gets popular, and you broke the TOU. If you want to get that from Android, you'll need to add <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" /> to get location. You can use an Intent to send an email. You can also reference the entire list of android permissions here

Using Facebook and Google Plus login in SoundCloud Android app
I don't have familiarity with the SoundCloud java wrapper, however I can pass along information about logging in with Facebook and Google plus with Android applications to hopefully help you. For Facebook integration, you need to download the Facebook APK. The Facebook developers page details the steps to implement such a login process in Step 6 of their Getting Started with the Facebook SDK for Android site For Google Plus integration, you should first enable the Google+ API. They also have a step by step outlined on their development page Google+ Sign-in for Android. I also did a quick Google query and found this helpful looking GitHub project aptly called java-api-wrapper that includes a Facebook connect class.

You might notice that the user has no internet, and then not show the login activity. then if there's any info that you want to associate with what ever account they last logged in with, you will need your own data store to cache it in, so that you can sync it next time you notice they have internet. Post to facebook after login fails Android
I have tested this code for posting with Facebook SDK 3.0 and this is working. Reference the Facebook SDK 3.0 Library project in your current project. Set the AppId in your String.xml file: <string name="app_id">123456789012345</string> After that add a MetaTag in your manifest file: <meta-data android:name="com.facebook.sdk.ApplicationId" android:value="@string/app_id" /> For Logging and and Logging out, you can simply use Facebook Login Button widget "com.facebook.widget.LoginButton". This widget manages the Sessions automatically, so you do-not have to worry about that. Just place this button in the right place in your Layout.xml file. Initialize this button like any other buttons: LoginButton authButton = (LoginButton) findViewById(R.i

Not able to login into facebook from my app from other android devices except mine
keytool -list-alias androiddebugkey -keystore ~/.android/debug.keystore | openssl sha1 -binary | openssl base64 I see you're using your debug key, try to export your application from eclipse assistant and then create your own keystore. Once you have it created run again the previous command changing the name of key and the path of your keystore, then put the hash key on facebook page and install the exported .apk in other devices. The .apk generated from the "run" option are signed with your debug key, while the exported with export assistant is signed with your personal key.

Facebook login dialog pop up nothing happening on android
The problem was with the SHA1 hash key, generated by the debug.keytool. Unfortunately I don't know why the debug.keytool was generated a different key hash. To get the SHA1 key, which you need to provide on developers.facebook.com (settings) AND in the field where are you creating a new App, you can get it with the following code: @Override public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) { super.onCreate(savedInstanceState); try { PackageInfo info = getPackageManager().getPackageInfo( "com.facebook.samples.loginhowto", PackageManager.GET_SIGNATURES); for (Signature signature : info.signatures) { MessageDigest md = MessageDigest.getInstance("SHA"); md.update(signature.toByteArray()); Log.d("KeyHa

Android Facebook C# login not loading internally
So it sounds like the system URL handling is getting in your way. What you need to do is set a WebViewClient on your WebView. This will allow you to return true from shouldOverrideUrlLoading (which I believe is the default) which will then allow the requested resource to be loaded by your application. See the relevant documentation here in WebViewClient, shouldOverrideUrlLoading specifically. But the takeaway is If WebViewClient is not provided, by default WebView will ask Activity Manager to choose the proper handler for the url. Which in the case of an http-based URI, will most certainly be the system browser.

Parse.com login with facebook (strange crash) on Android
The possible reason of crash is placed in the second and the last else clause. You are trying to perform some database operation on UI Thread, which is illicited and throws exception on Android >= 4.0. This type of operation should be done on different threads what can be accomplished by using AsyncTask or IntentService.

You can get the session using Session.getActiveSession() and then listen for session change event Session session = Session.getActiveSession(); if (session != null && (session.isOpened() || session.isClosed()) ) { onSessionStateChange(session, session.getState(), null); } And then check the session status: private void onSessionStateChange(Session session, SessionState state, Exception exception) { if (state.isOpened()) { Log.i("Logged", "Logged in..."); }else if (state.isClosed()) { Log.i("Logged", "Logged out..."); } }

Android : Authenticate user via facebook login in custom app
You should put the intent to start the next activity in your session status callback (inside the if(Session.isOpened()) check, where you're currently executing a "me" request. The SDK is necessary to run your app, but not the Facebook app. The SDK is included (and bundled) with your apk, the Facebook app is a separate apk, and is not required for log in with Facebook. If you get that error, that means you don't have the right key hashes in your settings. Did you sign using a different keystore?
