Identify who is using a certificate via weblogic
I think what makes this tricky is there are many ways to "use" a certificate. To start with a certificate can be stored in an individual keystore, or inside jre/lib/security/cacerts, on weblogic admin console configuration, or passed using java system property -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore. It can be used by classes such as SSLSocket, or any arbitrary library that uses this class, or configured via Spring xml. Typically an application would "use" a certificate if it made a HTTPS connection into a domain with matching CN. I would begin by searching the source code for this (eg: search for SSLSocket / HTTPS / the CN name)

jQuery 1.10 causing css3 animation to fail in chrome
If this was the scenario if faced, I would write up a browser sniffer first, and then dynamically load the right version of jQuery based on the properties of the browser the sniffer returned by running conditionals against an array of data you create specifiyng what browser (and not just Webkit by the way) is compatible with what version of jQuery. I'm not going to code it all for you here, as that's a bit of work if you want it to work well... just compiling the data to use in your comparison array! You will also need to have an understanding of how browser sniffing works first. You can find more about that on SO at Browser detection in javascript?. I have used this approach very successfully over the years... especially in the days when IE was really unfreindly to us coders. This is r

How can I identify missing documents in ElasticSearch?
I think the best way to do it is to index records with 'bvi_notify' objects as children of records with 'bvi_ship' objects. Then you will be able to use has_child filter in must_not clause of a bool filter to find all 'bvi_ship' documents that don't have corresponding 'bvi_notify' objects. To answer your original question, there is no way to limit term facets to only terms with a count of 1, but you can sort facets using reverse_count order, which will bring all terms with count of 1 to the top of the list. However, I should also mention that if you have more than 1 shard, the counts that you get in your facets might be incorrect. This is another reason why I would recommend going with parent/child solution instead of facets.

Windows Phone in-app purchases: Receipt validation certificate missing
Ok, I finally got this to work. The link you posted with the b809.. id is for windows apps, not windows phone 8 apps. It appears the certificate is different. The id from the test receipt you posted is the same I am getting in my beta app and I think it will be the same when we go out of beta. Inside the example found here, in the zip file there is a file called IapReceiptProduction.cer. If you double click it and view details you will see it has a thumbprint that matches your certificate id. I included that file in my solution and I load it using the sample code from my link and that works. I just hope they wont change the certificate at some point. EDIT: It appears the phone emulator does not get signed receipts (my working test was on an actual phone). The receipts I get in the em

The application is missing required files
When you run set up in another machine, publish folder of the application is needed to be present in that machine in the correct location. In your case publish folder is not present. Hence this kind of error is comming. Paste publish folder from your machine where program is running sucessfully to another machine where you want to install the application. Then, run the setup file, within that publish folder. Then only you will overcome from this problem. Publish folder contains all the necessary dlls and files, that application needs to run.

poems_by_votes_path is just going to return a string that then is going to be used by link_to. The vote parameter needs to be included somewhere in that string (such as in the query string). I would do something like: get 'poems/by_vote', as: :poems_by_vote .... poems_by_vote_path # poems/by_vote poems_by_vote_path(vote: true) # poems/by_vote?vote=true .... def index vote = params[:vote] || false # look up poems based on vote... end

Protobuf declaring i'm missing required fields when i'm clearly not
Turns out that protobufs does not take kindly to being used across multiple threads using a globally declared variable. The error I am having is the result of me having multiple data streams which my server is processing. I am declaring the protobuf handler code above as a stand alone function which each thread calls. Since there is no exclusivity checking, as I'm in the middle of one call (the ParseFromArray, for instance), another call from another thread could be modifying the data within the object. So long story short, I did not pay attention to the basic tenants of multithreaded programming and as a result I was dooming myself to spending a few hours trying to figure out how protobufs was failing. I can only hope this helps someone else in the future.

"missing required :bucket option" for Paperclip/S3
I think that's because :bucket should be an option passed to Paperclip not to S3. Fixed config config.paperclip_defaults = { :storage => :s3, :s3_protocol => 'http', :bucket => ENV['AWS_BUCKET'], :s3_credentials => { :access_key_id => ENV['AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID'], :secret_access_key => ENV['AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY'] } } And Paperclip::Storage::S3 doc seems to confirm that, even being so poorly written/formatted. Why is my certificate not valid unless I put the Sub CA certificate in the trusted root certificate authorities?
To elaborate on Erik's comment, trusting the Root CA certificate means that you will trust what the Root CA directly signs. If you have an intermediate Sub CA in the middle, its certificate is signed by the Root CA, and the Sub CA signs your certificate directly. Root CA ---signs/verifies---> Sub CA ---signs/verifies---> End user certificate As Erik said, if you do not have the Sub CA certificate present, then there is no way to link the Root CA to the End user certificate. The Root can verify the Sub CA certificate, and the Sub CA can verify the End user certificate, but there is no way for the Root to skip over the Sub CA and verify the End user certificate because the root did not sign the End user certificate. 2 ways to resolve this are: include the Sub CA cert in your tru

Getting the Error "Required option '-K, --private-key KEY' missing (-h for usage)"
Posting this so it might be helpful for others. The problem was happening because when I installed Ubuntu I had installed the ec2-tools using the apt-get from terminal. This version of ec2 which Ubuntu has is an outdated version (it was last updated in 2011). When I found this out, I removed it. And reconfigured the path to the current version of ec2 cli tools I had downloaded and it worked!!! :) The way to install newer versions of the ec2-api-tools, as suggested by https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EC2StartersGuide, is to simply add the aws-tools PPA: sudo apt-add-repository ppa:awstools-dev/awstools sudo apt-get upgrade and then a simple apt-get install ec2-api-tools will install the correct version. :)

Ok, your definition of ProdId is this: <field name="ProdId" type="string" indexed="false" stored="false" required="true" multiValued="false" /> As far as I can remember, Solr doesn't like a required field which is not stored nor indexed. Rails Paperclip S3 - missing required :bucket option
Like dcro says, you need to set the AWS_BUCKET environment variable properly. To do this, create a file at config/application.yml and put the following in it, using your Amazon credentials: AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID: "whatever_the_key_is" AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY: "whatever_the_secret_is" AWS_BUCKET: "ndeavor-dev" Then restart your server. You have to compile and install your maven project to local repository with: mvn install install - install the package into the local repository, for use as a dependency in other projects locally

Visual Studio 2012 Fakes Missing Required Reference
We have recently fixed a similar problem in Fakes for Visual Studio 2013. In the new version it will pass all references from the parent project to the generated f.csproj and you will be able to solve problems like this by referencing MyAssembly from the parent project. Please consider submitting this at http://connect.microsoft.com/visualstudio. That way we would be able to accept a larger project for investigation and keep it private.

Multiple instances use a co-located caching but fail to access, good named caching implementation required
First I'd move your cache and cacheFactory instantiation out of your getPrices method. Also, evaluate your need for the lock - this may be causing timeouts. Another VERY important observation - you are using a constant cache key and saving/retrieving data for every productId with the same cache key. You should be using a cache key like: var cacheKey = string.format("priceDatabyProductId-{0}", productId);. You need to set some breakpoints and examine exactly what you are caching and retrieving from the cache. The code as written will save the first productId to the cache and then keep returning that data regardless of the productId. Here is a full working example we use in production using the "default" named cache in dedicated cache roles: public static class MyCache { private

Java 7 update 25 makes our java web start application fail with no logging
Eventually the problem was solved. The problem was caused between a mismatch in the included jar files in the main MANIFEST.MF file vs the jar files mentioned in the launch.jnlp. Apperently it is now required to have all jar files that will be used also be present in the launch.jnlp file. (In the past it was decided to keep this file manually in sink, which obviously was not always maintained in a propper way. Now this process is automated, so the problem should no longer happen to us.)
