Change tab bar tint color on iOS 7
Try the below: [[UITabBar appearance] setTintColor:[UIColor redColor]]; [[UITabBar appearance] setBarTintColor:[UIColor yellowColor]]; To tint the non active buttons, put the below code in your VC's viewDidLoad: UITabBarItem *tabBarItem = [yourTabBarController.tabBar.items objectAtIndex:0]; UIImage *unselectedImage = [UIImage imageNamed:@"icon-unselected"]; UIImage *selectedImage = [UIImage imageNamed:@"icon-selected"]; [tabBarItem setImage: [unselectedImage imageWithRenderingMode:UIImageRenderingModeAlwaysOriginal]]; [tabBarItem setSelectedImage: selectedImage]; You need to do this for all the tabBarItems, and yes I know it is ugly and hope there will be cleaner way to do this.

Changing Color array to produce Red Tint in OpenGL
From the code it seems that: colorArray[... + 1] = green colorArray[... + 0] = red colorArray[... + 2] = blue colorArray[... + 3] = alpha (since the ... part is always a multiple of 4) So you should be able to change it to red by simply swapping colorArray[... + 1] and colorArray[... + 0] everywhere. Changing the variable name g to r would be helpful for future sanity.

By default, the cancel button will revert the color to the previous value so I am not sure that it is necessary for you to control cancel button clicks. HTML radio buttons looks square in iphone
You must have CSS styles that are being applied to your radio button that are: setting a border radius (to a low radius value eg. 2px) - this causes the square effect setting a background colour - to give the gradient colour. For example, you may have something like this in your CSS: input { border-radius:2px; background-image: -webkit-linear-gradient(top, rgb(186,0,0) 0%, rgb(255,59,59) 49%); } You will need to either override it with CSS styles as you have tried to do, or else make your CSS style affecting the radio button not affect it. For example, by changing your CSS class to the following, it won't apply the class to radio buttons: input:not([type='radio']) border-radius:2px; background-image: -webkit-linear-gradient(top, rgb(186,0,0) 0%, rgb(255,59,59) 49%

jquery full calendar: set a different color to each event from front-end
To colorize each event differently there are a couple approaches you can take to tackle your problem. Update the event feed '/bookings-feed.php' and add color(background and border), backgroundColor, textColor, or borderColor to the event object http://arshaw.com/fullcalendar/docs/event_data/Event_Object/. events: [{ title : 'event1', start : '2010-01-01', color : '#000' }] Separate and update the event feeds to use eventSources. Which allows you to group events by color and text color. http://arshaw.com/fullcalendar/docs/event_data/events_array/. $('#calendar').fullCalendar({ eventSources: [ // your event source { events: [ // put the array in the `events` property { title : 'event1', start : '2010-01-01'

How can I remove the 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons from multiple forms for iPhone users?
You can accomplish this with negative tab indexes on each input. <form id="one"> <input type="text" tabindex="-1"> </form> <form id="two"> <input type="text" tabindex="-2"> </form> The above example will prevent tabbing from the form with an ID of "one" to the form with an ID of "two." That said, it doesn't addresses the question of being able to tab inside the active form. For that you could start with positive tab indexes for the inputs in the first form and negative tab indexes on the inputs in the second form. When an input in the second form is focused, you would update the tab indexes for the first form to be negative. It's a convoluted approach, but it will work. Update Here is a Fiddle of how the above solution might work. The Java

How do you use modify the color definitions for a Google Calendar to allow custom colors for events?
Added detail from bounty: I have the same question. I would like to be able to set a custom color for events that I post to the calendar, but don't want to be limited by the 11 choices. I see in the docs they have added an additional color setting method (https://developers.google.com/google-apps/calendar/v3/whats-new#custom_colors_f‌or_calendars). But I'm unclear on the concept of how to go about it. This part of the documentation demonstrates these properties directly: https://developers.google.com/google-apps/calendar/v3/reference/calendarList/insert Which will let you add and modify your personal calendar as a demo (scroll to the bottom and try out the API Explorer). To do what you are asking on here, set colorRgbFormat=true then add the backgroundColor or foregroun

iPhone background color not 100% on change
It looks like this is caused by the height:100% that you have on the html and body elements which are then absolutely positioned with bottom:0. That forces the body element to be the height of the screen, rather than the height of the page, and when you scroll down you're actually scrolling past the end of those elements. Thus when you change the color on the body it seems only to apply to the top part of the screen. This doesn't seem to be a problem on Firefox, but I'm not really sure whether it's a webkit bug or not - it might just be undefined behaviour. You can fix it by getting rid of the height:100% and position:absolute on the html and body elements, but then you'll also probably want to remove the top:50% and margin-top:-250px on the container since that will no longer work. Also

Yes, it should… though it might look a little weird, depending on how exactly your sprites are shaped. You can also try testing for distance, which works better if your sprites are more circular: // This is how close the sprites have to be for the game to think that they're colliding // (or overlapping). Use a smaller value than 0.5 if you want them to be closer together // in order for there to be a collision. float distanceForCollision = (sprite1.contentSize.width * 0.5) + (sprite2.contentSize.width * 0.5); // This is how close the sprites actually are float actual

How to Change the Color of Application Bar Buttons when Pressed
If you set the ApplicationBar's Foreground to something like #FFFEFEFE for white and #FF010101 for black the ApplicationBarIconButtons will not use the AccentBrush when they are pressed, they will use the defined Foreground Color of the ApplicationBar! It took me hours to find the solution to that problem but it makes some sense: Microsoft uses White(#FFFFFFFF) and Black (#00000000) for their dark and light theme. In this case the ApplicationBar uses the AccentBrush and if the Foreground is set to a different color it uses the defined one. So you just need to add the following line (white): ApplicationBar.Foreground = new SolidColorBrush(Color.FromArgb(255, 254, 254, 254));

Iphone: OpenGL ES 2.0 - Color picking method reacts slow the 1st time
the issue wasn't coming from the color picking algorithm even though the timer function indicated so. While implementing a fade-out / fade-in screen feature, i have realized the color picking method was fast as the screen was fading out fast; however the fade-in of the next screen was slow. It comes from the fact that textures , even though loaded (here with Glktextureloader), will actually take some time at the first render. A workaround is to display these textured objects off-screen at the initialization phase of the app.
