run iperf broadcast traffic on linux
you cannot use iperf in broadcast mode. if you are just testing whether broadcast works, you could try something like # server netcat -l -u -p 54321 # host echo "foo" | netcat -ub 192.168.1.255 54321 note however, that on some systems, netcat might not be able to go into broadcast mode, so you might end up writing your own networking code.

How can I dump and decrypt HTTPS traffic from the command line under linux?
You can use ssldump.(it works on top of libpcap). ssldump -r <File_Name>.pcap -k <Key_File>.key -d host <IP_Address> You specify the following options with the ssldump utility: -r: Read data from the <File_Name>.pcap file instead of from the network. -k: Use <Key_File>.key file as the location for the SSL keyfile. -d: Display the application data traffic. You may refer the complete example here

Because of java applet security restrictions, it is impossible to read the local files, because you don't want an applet uploading sensitive information, do you? If you want this to work, you have to sign the applet, and users have to agree to run the signed applet and give it more permissions.

Linux: Move log files from a mounted dir to a local dir recursively while maintaining directory structure in local direcoty
How about something like rsync -azrR --include='*.log' -f 'hide,! */' /media/primary /backup If you use man rsync and type 2343g it should take you to the line where it explains this filter. Basically it will hide everything that's not a directory (every file) from the pattern matching; however, since I've used the --include='*.log' flag as well it will override that and the pattern will match only .log files. You can also use the -nv flag to do a dry run and see what would happen.

linux diff by ignoring unnecessary lines
The behaviour that you're observing can be well explained by this comment. To elaborate, if the input files were to read: $ cat 1 a1 * b $ cat 2 a2 * c then diff with -I would give you the expected output: $ diff -I$'*' 1 2 1c1 < a1 --- > a2 In your case, you might use alternatives such as: $ diff <(sed '/^*/d' 1) <(sed '/^*/d' 2) 1c1 < a1 --- > a2

Apache traffic forwarding - route incoming port 80 traffic for a particular host to a different physical server
I would use Nginx as a reverse proxy. There's some information on how to do that Here. Depending on the details of what you're trying to do, you might have a different configuration. In addition to the tutorial above, here is some more information about Nginx and reverse proxies: Reverse Proxy Module for Nginx Reverse Proxy Wikipedia article The way I would do it for your setup would be to make nginx the default httpd, by having it listen on port 80, then switch your Apache virtual configuration to 8080. Then just follow the links I've provided for a very vanilla style setup. Basically, you'll configure the new URL to forward to your other server in Nginx, then have all other URLs go to 8080, where it will hit your current Apache stack. If you were so inclined, you could move your Apach

First, you don't want to use AsyncTask to download a file. Because if the user kills that screen that hosts the Task, the download will be killed too. Look into IntentService. Second, familiarize yourself with the Android code examples here: http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/data/data-storage.html#filesExternal You can check for what's available and then get the appropriate directory.

File Upload on unstable internet connection solution
I have had a recent problem involving large binary signal files over FTP being corrupted by drop-outs. Subsequently, we investigated along with FTP solutions options on the use of web-based uploading similar to the sort of handling you seem to be looking for. The most robust solution remains the use of an rsync implementation and a continuous checksum. That said, the option that seems to be missing directly from the HTML5 API is to be able to send a hash or checksum of the chunk in the chunk itself so that the verification that the data blob has been received intact is done transparently. You should essentially be able this by doing some processing on the slice data and combining this with the blob before then sending. while( start < SIZE ) { var chunk =

Kendo UI Async Upload not working in Internet Explorer
The problem is when you actually try to save a file and send back a success response from the server. I don't think your demos are doing any of that. The iframe in ie9 does not receive the response from the server. The browser thinks the response is a download even though it's just a plain text json response. I debugged it down to the fact that the on load event on the iframe never gets fired so the onload handler that needs to handle this response is not doing anything. In all other browsers this is working. Source: http://www.kendoui.com/forums/kendo-ui-web/upload/async-uploader-and-ie-9-not-working.aspx

You would have to fetch the source code. Save it to a file. Saving text in a local file in Internet Explorer 10
IE 10 and 11 use a distinct syntax for downloading or saving blobs to the client machine. Once you've created a blob, use: window.navigator.msSaveBlob(blob, 'file.txt'); or window.navigator.msSaveOrOpenBlob(blob, 'file.txt'); to trigger the file save or file save/open dialog. For more info, see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/hh673542(v=vs.85).aspx

upload and download to Ftpserver in a asp.net website
You can use the FtpWebRequest class to do this. I think you should try to get a list of files before you do any uploading/downloading, as a read is usually the easiest to do. You can see how to get a directory list here. Also, do not think of this as a asp.net "thing". It's part of the .Net framework. Create a service (or dal/repo) - a class which is responsible for handling your ftp calls. This way you can decouple it from the rest of your code. You can then use a TreeView to show the contents of your ftp.

About ios download/upload files from server
If you can successfully parse the JSON data from the server, it should be in NSArray or NSDictionary format. You can try to show it with the code below: NSLog(@"Array/Dictionary: %@", your_parsed_json_data); If you already reach here, the following should be easier for you. You can just show your data in UITableViewController. - (NSInteger)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView numberOfRowsInSection:(NSInteger)section { return [self.your_array count]; } - (UITableViewCell *)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView cellForRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath { static NSString *CellIdentifier = @"CellIdentifier"; UITableViewCell *cell = [tableView dequeueReusableCellWithIdentifier:CellIdentifier]; if(cell == nil) { cell = [[UITableViewCell alloc] initWithStyle:UITableV

There are few problems with your code: Your select query only returns FileName and FilePath but you also try to retrieve type and data from database. You can add an extra column in table to store file type since your code already saves uploaded file in Files folder then you can use dr["type"] You need to use same file path for downloading as well that you used for saving, either store absolute path or relative path in database: // Uploading string filePath = Server.MapPath("Files/" + filename); // Absolute path or string filePath = "Files/" + filename; // Relative path ... cmd.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Path", filePath); // Downloading string filePath = dr["FilePath"]; // Absolute path or string filePath = Server.MapPath(dr["FilePath"]); // Relative path If file gets saved in folder i

OpenCL SDK Linux Download for INTEL GPU
No, there isn't for the GPU. And according to this thread (http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/topic/402118) Intel won't tell us if or when they will release such a thing. The Intel OpenCL SDK only works with CPUs and the Xeon Phi right now. And for CPU, you may want to try out the AMD SDK even for Intel CPUs. I'm running a benchmark right now and is seems to be faster. Also has better support of free tools (CodeXL).
