How do I import DMD in Zenoss mapping?
Remove dmd entirely from your script, it is already defined in locals() during the execution of your event transform. There is no need to define it yourself, just like evt is already defined. To see for yourself, define the following one line event transform, and then use the Event Console add button to add a new event for the Event Class you just created the transform for, to quickly test: evt.summary = str('dmd' in locals()) You should see a True placed into your event's summary, meaning dmd is already defined, and ready for use :)

RRD graphs in Zenoss showing NaN on large time ranges
When you are zoomed out, you'll be looking at the lower-granularity RRAs (Round Robin Archives). These do not get populated until enough data are in the higher-granularity ones; so, for example, if you have a 5min-granularity RRA, a 1hr-granularity RRA, and a 1day-granularity RRA, and have collected data for the last 45min, then you will see ~8 data points in your 'daily' graph (which uses the 5min RRA), but nothing in your 'monthly' (which will use the 1hr RRA) or your 'yearly' (which uses the 1day RRA). This applies to any RRA; AVG, LAST, MAX, etc. Until the consolidated time window is complete, and the full complement of Primary Data Points has been collected for consolidation, the consolidated data point value is undefined. RRDTool picks the RRA to use based on the requested gr

changing activities with a login screen if login is correct
I think your architecture should separate the log-in functionality from the welcome functionality by separating activities i.e. Login activity + Welcome activity. Before you decide which one to use create a Splash activity and check the persistent data SharedPreferences. This way you separate the modules and call each one as needed.

Configure phpMyAdmin with username and password not allows to login
There was a conflict: the phpMyAdmin configuration that says to not allow login without a password ($cfg['Servers'][$i]['AllowNoPassword']= FALSE;), but my mysql user (root) had no password so I couldn't login! So as mentioned in one of the answers here I had to set password to the root user by: # mysqladmin -u root password your-password Then restart servers and login again

You can achieve Single Sign On with Google Apps using the OpenID Plugin. It's very easy to set up, you basically install the plugin, select "Google Apps SSO (with OpenID)" and enter your domain. How to configure IIS/web.config for Smart card login option (SITHS) and SSL
I'll add how I solved it since there was no other input: In IIS I bound the (SSL) VeriSign cert to the entire site I imported the CA certificate(s) for (smart card) authentication to the certificate store I added the IIS option "Require SSL" to a specific view for smart card login By just doing these steps I have an SSL-encrypted site (https) and a view that requires, in my case, smart card login. In the code I added a ActionFilter (IAuthorizationFilter) that interprets the certificate and checks for validity (etc.) and then tries to perform a login against users mapped in the database (to the certificate serialnumber) Registered the ActionFilter in global.asax (Application_Start) This solution, together with the normal FormsAuthentication, now works perfectly hand-in-hand.

Bypassing Login screen
Not sure if it possible to skip splash screen (also, don't see any good reason for doing so), but you could skip showing the login dialog, if you would split it from the splash screen. Create your dialog on application startup, somehow like that: Application implements IApplication { /** * {@inheritDoc} */ @Override public Object start(IApplicationContext context) throws Exception { Display display = PlatformUI.createDisplay(); try { LoginDialog dialog = new LoginDialog(); if (dialog.open() == Dialog.CANCEL) { return EXIT_OK; } int code = PlatformUI.createAndRunWorkbench(display, new WorkbenchAdvisor()); // Exit the application with an appropriate return code. return code == PlatformUI.RETURN_RESTART ? Login screen before masterview/navigation
The problem is not really inside your login screen, but in the MasterViewController. With some breakpoints, you should see that your present controller is allocated, it's viewDidLoad is probably called. But inside some method of the tableView's delegate implementation (probably cellForRowAtIndexPath:) your code crashes. Make sure to have a correct implementation of the tableView's methods, using a identifier for cell in your XIB/Storyboard (or registering with registerClass:forCellReuseIdentifier: method ,etc. This link should help you with the problem: Why am I getting an error about being unable to dequeue when my UITableView tries to load?

Go to Login screen on browser change
The home screen should only be available to those logged in so you need to remove the [AllowAnonymous] on the home screen action (Index?) and add the [Authorize] attribute; If the user then attempts to navigate to here without being logged in, they will be redirected to the login screen via the standard forms authentication process. Should the login view be the default view for the application? If so, you should add a route for an empty url that maps to the LoginController LogIn action.

Changing screen orientation makes login to begin again
Android recreates the Activity on every orientation change. In order to persist the current activity state you need to save instance state and later retrieve it if possible. Refer to this tutorial: http://www.intertech.com/Blog/saving-and-retrieving-android-instance-state-part-1/ Though easyer solution would be to disable orientation changes on this screen. For that you need to add the following line to the login activity in AndroidManifest.xml. android:screenOrientation="portrait"

How to create a group of text fields like in the Facebook login screen?
What are you are looking to do can be easy achieved with a tableView and just insert your text fields inside of your cells. Give this documentation on table views a read for a better understanding on how they work : Apple's Documentation on Table View Programming If you are working on storyboards like stated in your description, then you will want to delete the delegate methods you have in your view controller (the code that you posted) for the table view, the app will not work this way. Sounds like what you are trying to achieve can be done with Static cells, therefore You shouldn't use the data source methods.

Running EXE application in GINA beofe login screen (Command line)
I see you tagged your question with "Gina", so I guess you know that Credential Providers do not exist on XP. Your answer depends on when exactly you want to run that program, especially with regards to the secure attention sequence (SAS, or when a user press CTRL-ALT-Delete) Before the SAS, use WlxDisplaySASNotice After the SAS, use WlxLoggedOutSAS Since you don't want to write a whole GINA yourself, you could use a custom Gina that wraps msgina.dll. Here is one I wrote, you can find the original I started from in the Platform SDK. Using that approch, you get a chance to execute code just before or just after certain events, like running your program after a successful logon, something like : int WINAPI WlxLoggedOutSAS(PVOID pWlxContext, DWORD dwSasType, PLUID pAuthenticationId, P

Convert a 'login.php' page with form and error checking into a dropdown login instead
You just have to create the form inside the dropdown, and send the input to login.php. Something like: <form method="post" action="login.php"> <input type="text" name="username" /> <input type="password" name="password" /> <input type="submit" value="Login" /> </form> When a user submits the form, the data is sent to login.php, that will perform validation and will then redirect the user to the corresponding page. So just copy the form.
