(Neo4J or mysql) and redis - social networking
Is neo4j able to replace mysql and preform equally well in terms of serving static data (fronted by redis) Not sure what you're asking here, but I'll try to pick apart. If you want to compare MySQL with neo4j, there is no true comparison because they're different products. Using one over the other is based on requirements, constraints, and SLA's, not because one is better than the other. If you need persistence, durability, and the utmost transactional integrity along with some nice database management tools, use MySQL. If you want to store interconnected social interests using an in-memory graph for quick retrieval and you're willing to sacrifice some reliability for performance, use neo4j. ...and perform equally well in terms of serving static data... First of all, don't use

Google Plus share on ios directs to web page with broken links in share and cancel button
Something must be wrong with your google plus api setup. Google Plus is trying to reopen your app using a URL scheme that looks something like youdefinethis://somethingtodoinyourapp If you have setup google plus to use a specific url scheme to reopen your app, you need to define this same scheme in your project settings under Info -> URL Types. This is a hard problem to solve because of the lack of information you can give us without risking your privacy. One Image into Different Social links
Your anchors are collapsing to 0x0 because you have no content in them. They don't auto-expand to the size of the parent just because you have a background image. Explicitly give them a width/height like the li and you get http://jsfiddle.net/HRHnY/2/ Relevant CSS for the anchors: display: block; width: 24px; height: 24px; Alternatively you could set width and height to 100% of the parent instead of explicitly setting it.

Share links with my app using "Share via" in Android
I have set an Intent Filter on an activity so that my app displays in the "Share via" dialog. That part works fine, but I'm not sure how to actually get the data into my "new post" dialog when it launches. If by "the data", you mean the text that was shared, call getIntent() on your activity and read the EXTRA_TEXT extra for that. In the case of browsers sharing URLs, EXTRA_TEXT should be the URL.

prettyPhoto social tools do not share lightbox deep-link
Answer: You need to find in your theme some things that need changing (In fact it may be found in file avia.js in your case on line 466) ---1) ,social_tools:'', ---2) ,deeplinking=false, You need to change to ,deeplinking=true, and also add 2 elements (iframe_markup, inline_markup), and change social_tools as shown below: So your new line 466 would look like elements.prettyPhoto({ social_tools:'<div class="pp_social"><div class="twitter"><a href="http://twitter.com/share" class="twitter-share-button" data-count="none">Tweet</a><script type="text/javascript" src="http://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js"></script></div><div class="facebook"><iframe src="http://www.facebook.com/plugins/like.php?locale=en_US&href='+location.h

og meta tags, social buttons and angularjs
This can't be done using javascript. Some people think that Facebook is reading what's currently on the page. It's not. It makes a separate request to your server using the same url (from window.location.href) using it's Scraper, and the Facebook Scraper does not run javascript. That's why you get {{page_title}} when clicking on something like a Facebook share button. Your content will have to be generated by the server so when Facebook goes to hit the url it gets the content it needs up front without the need for javascript. You can tackle the server side rendering in a fews ways. You can allow your server side technology to render the content. You can use the PhantomJS approach https://github.com/steeve/angular-seo.

IE hover function not working when hovering over social buttons
From what I know, older versions of IE don't support the "hover" psudeo-class on DIV elements. Two routes i can think of are to wrap it in an "a" tag and make that your #face ID to get hover to trigger. This probably isn't going to work well for you becuase you have interactive elements inside. The second is to have a js fallback. Check this fiddle for an example (Note: I used jquery in the example): http://jsfiddle.net/zensign/Gr7C8/1/ JS Snippet: if($.browser.msie) { $('#face').mouseenter(function (e) { $(this).addClass('fallback'); }); $('#face').mouseleave(function (e) { $(this).removeClass('fallback'); }); }

Effectively deactivating specific links between specific agents and breeds in a social network
First some general advice: It would be better to give a minimum working example (MWE), i.e. one that's stripped down to the bare minimum to show the problem. This code has too much detail, so people are less likely to answer. Also, sometimes once you strip it down, you'll figure out the answer. This code doesn't work, either: The definitions for the global variables are missing. You might want to take a look at "Virus on a Network" in the Models Library that comes with NetLogo. It does similar things, but using a more "NetLogoey" coding style. You can test links for their color. i.e. you could use the fact that a link is the "deactivated" color to test whether it should be counted, or followed. A better idea would be to give the links a variable using links-own, and test that. But

ios system Share and settings buttons
UIBarButtonSystemItemAction is what you are looking for the Share. The settings icon doesn't exist as a system icon so you have to use a custom button with an image. Here is an example on how to create a Bar Button with a custom image EDIT: As long as the share button is not exactly the same with what you want, add two custom buttons if you want the icons to look exactly as the native ones. Kind reminder: Apple doesn't like it when developers immitating their custom controls when they aren't using the defaults.

How to generate form links from image radio buttons to submit button in javascript
There are many errors in your JS fiddle, I'll try to list as many as possible: IDs are supposed to be unique, here several divs have the same id "form". You should rename them, such as id="form_carrier", id="form_color", etc. You're using a weird mix of jQuery and vanilla JS: either use the jQuery handlers format (i.e. $('.radio div').on('click', function() {});) or inline JS (i.e. onclick="tryToMakeLink();"). Note that in case of inline JS, the JS code has to be surrounded by quotes. The selector to get the result of the choices tries to get <input> elements, while in the HTML code, you're using <div>; as coded, your selector won't select anything. The :checked selector only works for <input> elements; you can't use it since you're using <div> elements. Here, sin

How can I share share read/write access to a file within the same process, but forbid it externally?
Files are generally not for multi-user interactions such as this. A database is what is needed here. Then the data you need written can be saved to the database and all the synchronous handling would now be the databases responsibility. If you still require a file, after the data has been input, it would be an idea to generate the file when needed based off the database data.

Using selenium webdriver, how to click on multiple random links in webpage one after another continuously to detect broken links?
When testing for a bad page, I usually test for the title/url. If you are testing a self-contained site, then you should find/create a link that is bad, and see what is unique in the title/URL, and then do something like: assert(!driver.getTitle().contains("500 Error")); If you don't know what the title/url will look like, you can check if the title contains "500"/"404"/"Error"/"Page not found" or if the page source contains those as well. This will probably lead to a bunch of bad pages that aren't really bad (especially if you check for the page source), and will require you to go through each of them, and verify that they really are bad

Setting up python networking in windows 8
You probably named your file socket.py, or have another file socket.py on the module search path. In this case, that module shadows the system's socket module and that's the error you get. That's why it's a bad idea to give modules the name of an already existing standard library module. The full traceback should include a clue about where the module is being imported from.

Binding to networking interfaces in ruby
The solution is source based routing I was able to figure it out, and thought I should leave my answer in case anyone else gets stuck with this problem down the road. What I needed to do was source based routing. The general idea is to create two routing tables, one that forces traffic on one interface and one that forces traffic on the other, and have an ip rule that uses the appropriate routing table based on the source IP address. I set it up like this: Creating the tables First I had to edit /etc/iproute2/rt_tables to add the following lines: 128 multiplex0 129 multiplex1 This created two routing tables with IDs 128 and 129 called multiplex0 and multiplex1. Adding routes to tables Next I created rules for these tables as follows: ip route add default via 10.0.2.2 tabl

Google Oauth for private networking
(Presumably your users have already logged in via the VPN?) The redirect_uri should be the URL that your users will see in the address bar in their browser. Google's servers don't connect to it directly, so (like "localhost") it's fine that it's not internet accessible, but the user will be redirected to this URI after a successful login/authorization, so they will need to be able to connect to this URL from their browser - presumably though they already started on this same site before being redirected to the Google login/authorization pages (which in turn redirect back once done).
