How can 3rd party app "A" let novice iOS device users open an MP3 file downloaded by 3rd party app "B"?
For this to be possible, the third-party app in question must expose some mechanism for doing this. They might implement hooks through the sharing charm, or they might expose a "documents" repository from which other applications can read (optionally, with granted permissions from the user to do so). For example, the AirShare application can read your Dropbox files. This is because Dropbox has exposed the files as a documents repository and the user has granted permission for AirShare to access Dropbox. If the third-party app doesn't implement these hooks, there is no way to access the documents from another application. Edit: To access the music files in the user's iTunes library, I'll refer you to the iPod Library Access Programming Guide at http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#docu

DataGrid edition 'EditItem' is not allowed for this view` when bound to a WPF DataGrid
I tried this and the problem is that you have initialized your Level2 collection as Hashset<>. IEditableCollectionView.EditItem() throws this error while trying to update item in Hashset<>. I initialized the collection as List<> and it was working fine. I am not sure why it is not able to update item in hashset, need to look deeper into it. But changing the Hashset<> to List<> will fix this error. Hope it helps Thanks

Silverlight Datagrid scrolling, DataGrid fires RowLoading event
The RowLoading event is fired because rows are virtualized. With virtualization, rows are created (and loaded) only when they are visible on screen. So every time you scroll down or up a new row is created, loaded and the RowLoading event fired. To disable the virtualization you can try to set this property: VirtualizingStackPanel.VirtualizationMode="Standard" Be aware that this can slow down the performance of your grid if you have a lot of rows.

Binding ComboBoxColumn to collection from DataGrid's ItemsSource in WPF DataGrid
MSDN: DataGridComboboxColumns says: To populate the drop-down list, first set the ItemsSource property for the ComboBox by using one of the following options: A static resource. For more information, see StaticResource Markup Extension. An x:Static code entity. For more information, see x:Static Markup Extension. An inline collection of ComboBoxItem types. So basically to just bind to data object`s collection property it`s better to use DataGridTemplateColumn: <DataGridTemplateColumn Header="Log"> <DataGridTemplateColumn.CellTemplate> <DataTemplate> <ComboBox ItemsSource="{Binding log}" /> </DataTemplate> </DataGridTemplateColumn.CellTemplate> </DataGridTemplateColumn> This type of c

Validating A WPF Datagrid Against Data From Another Datagrid
From Microsoft official WPF course materials: ValidationRules are only to be used as simple validations (For instance Required fields, numeric formats, etc). If you need advanced / complex Business Rules validation, you should either implement IDataErrorInfo or create your own validation mechanism (that's what I did and it works like a charm)

Copying data from a datagrid view to a new form with a new datagrid view VB
"Error 1 Reference to a non-shared member requires an object reference." As this message says: You need a instance of form2 - object of type form2created with New sub, which you created inside of BTN_Next_Click. But local variable frm_PI_01 can be used only inside of that function. With name of class form2 you can used only Shared member or functions/subs MSDN Shared members in VB My opinion if you need transfer some information/variables from form to another then in your case(when you transfer data only once when creating form) use a parameters in form constructors. Add another parameter to you form3 constructor. For example reference of your datagridview(this is may be not good practice referenced controls to another form, better create some variable with needed data and reference th

Binding datagrid in datagrid
You have problem with DataContext here. In RowDetailsTemplate you trying to binding to a property in main view model, but DataContext of RowDetailsTemplate is the row item. If you want to binding to property in your main view model you should use RelativeSource binding. Try this: <DataGrid ItemsSource="{Binding Path=Files}" SelectedItem="{Binding Path=DataContext.CurentFile, RelativeSource={RelativeSource Mode=FindAncestor, AncestorType=Window}}" AutoGenerateColumns="False" > ...

How can embed datagrid in datagrid
I don't think it's possible. You can indeed manually replace a cell with the HTML of another grid (your "child" grid), but Dojo maintains its data in a store. Your store won't be "aware" of any changes you make in the DOM nodes of your grid, and inserting a DataGrid in a store isn't possible either since the DataGrid maps its columns to properties of the data objects.

Third party dll
This solution here is a variation of your option 1 but without having to maintain multiple copies of the DLL's. Add a new folder to your Solution1 (say Third_Party_DLL). Right CLick the folder -> Add existing item and instead of adding the DLL's physically here (create a link to these third party DLL's from the location where you have saved it). Now after adding the DLL links in the folder, add reference to the DLL's in your project from this folder (Third_party_Dll). Now when you are getting the latest of the solution file, it should get your DLL's too. I havent tried this out myself for Dll's but have done this for maintaining a single copy of the AssemblyVersion file and it worked well. Try and let me know. Add Vs Add Link

You can setup a custom probing path for your 3rd party assembly. Please note that this approach won't work with ASP.NET applications (they don't support custom probing paths).

Writing to a 3rd party API
JSON.NET is library for serializing and deserializing .NET objects to JSON. It has nothing to do with sending HTTP requests. You could use a WebClient for this purpose. For example here's how you could call the API: string url = "http://someapi.com/extact/api/profiles/114226/pages/423833/records"; using (var client = new WebClient()) { client.Headers[HttpRequestHeader.Authorization] = "Bearer 6bfd44fbdcdddc11a88f8274dc38b5c6f0e5121b"; client.Headers[HttpRequestHeader.ContentType] = "application/json"; client.Headers["X-IFORM-API-REQUEST-ENCODING"] = "JSON"; client.Headers["X-IFORM-API-VERSION"] = "1.1"; MyViewModel model = ... string jsonSerializedModel = JsonConvert.Serialize(model); // <-- Only here you need JSON.NET to serialize your model to a JSON string

Can I load a third-party .dll in R?
Yes, R can load it using dyn.load. You may or may not be able to actually call the functions it exports, though. Unless the functions' arguments correspond to what R can handle, they won't be usable. If this is the case, you can write a wrapper dll that acts as a translation layer between it and R.

Is it possible to read 3rd party cookies
No, it's impossible. You can only read cookies that come from your own domain. The other cookies are not even sent to your server. If you could read every cookies the user has, you would be able to obtain personal information such as their facebook password, connection to their bank etc. It would be a serious breach of privacy, and as such, browsers do not send cookies except those from the same domain.

It's hard to say for certain since you haven't provided code for your service but my guess is that the call to your service method is returning before your blackbox component fires the event. How can we secure a third-party widget?
Securing a tenant's client access Securing a tenant's 3rd party client access to your Javascript poses a unique set of challenges. Most of the difficulty in this solution stems from the fact that the authentication mechanism must be present in the tenants web content and delivered from their clients browser. Standard client<>server authentication mechanisms such as sessions, cookies, custom headers, referrers and IP address restriction do not apply well due to the extended nature of the transaction. This article by Bill Patrianakos provides a solution by using a dynamic key request that provides an access token to the tenant's client. Patrianakos provides some good information on Third Party tenant relationships and discusses some the limitations of this model in his article. Secu

Place this: $("select > option[value*='FL']").remove(); Inside this: $("#country").on("change", function(){ $("#fields_state > option[value*='FL']").remove(); } That'll only remove when the select is changed. Put that in your JS and you'll be golden. EDIT The best solution would be to remove the onchange all together. Then place the code in your JS, like so: $(document).ready(function() { $("#country").on("change", function(){ ChangeCountryAndStateLabel({ 'obj' : this, 'targetObj' : '#state_cus1', 'sel' : '', 'id' : 'fields_state' },{ 'obj' : this, 'targetObj' : '#fields_state_region', 'template' : '<LABEL>' }); $("#fields_stat

ImageJ: How to use third-party plugins API?
From quickly looking at the source of StackReg plugin, I see that the classes are in the default package. In java, importing classes from default package to a named package is not possible without using reflection. Possible solutions are: Put your classes in the default package. Then you can use the classes in the default package without importing them. Note that using default package is bad practice in java. Use reflection: http://stackoverflow.com/a/561183/1903534 Alter the StackReg plugin to not use the default package. But this might not be compatible with its license and your solution will not be compatible with the original jar.

There should not be ways for doing this. There are methods to snoop users' browser history and other sensitive user information, but almost all these are either browser vulnerabilities, XSS-vulnerabilities or just plain privacy violations. You ought not base anything that is meant to be sustainable on these methods, as they are likely to be either fixed and in many cases are illegal.

Compiling 3rd party framework with Qt 5.1.1
You're a bit unclear on what exactly you're doing, and how it fails. If you're trying to use the framework from a .cpp file, you need indeed to also set QMAKE_CXXFLAGS += -F/Library/Frameworks, and possibly also QMAKE_CFLAGS (the example in the bug report assumes the framework exposes Objective-C bindings. I will correct that) Try this, and re-open the bug report with logs and ways to reproduce if it still fails. (The missing highlight of Qt Creator is not relevant, they are both still qmake variables.)

How to install 3rd party app on FeinCMS?
You should not include your 3rd party app urls anywhere so remove that line from your root urls, instead append this to your Project model: @app_models.permalink def get_absolute_url(self): return ('project_detail', 'zipfelchappe.urls', (), { 'slug': self.slug, }) Or whatever name your detail view can be reversed by (see your zipfelchappe urls module) This will make the views available to the feincms system as if the current page is the app's root. If this is not what you intend to do you shouldn't bother integrating the app within the cms page structure at all. You could however "inject" an url within your feincms navigation by using a PagePretender as explained in the documentation.

XML Ecryption and Decryption only JDK 6 without any third party API
The first step is to identify an encryption scheme that all three systems support. I think AES-256 is a good scheme but it's not supported directly by Python (it needs the PyCrypto module). You should not try to implement your own scheme; cryptography is hard and even harder to get right. Just to give you an example: It took the world's experts on cryptography several years to build AES. So unless you're smarted than the whole world, your algorithm will be flawed. That also means you might have to resort to an external library when a good scheme isn't supported by all three runtimes since writing a good cryptographic algorithm is also very hard. After you have identified a schema, encode some test data to make sure each system can properly en- and decode it. These unit tests will make d
